Description
QuickShortcutMaker is an application that does exactly what its name suggests: create shortcuts on the screen of our Android device. The good thing is that we can create shortcuts to applications, system processes and activities within the apps themselves. This means that we can not only create direct access to, for example, the Gallery app, but directly to the video editor within our Gallery app.
When we open QuickShortcutMaker the first thing we will see will be the list of activities. This list will basically show us all the apps that we have installed, along with a series of activities related to system processes. If we click on any of the installed apps, we will display the list of activities for that app. It is important to keep in mind that, while some apps have many activities (like YouTube, for example), others only have one.
One of the strong points of QuickShortcutMaker is that it will give us the possibility of customizing our shortcuts, as we wish. We can choose both the icon and the name of these, so we can “mask” them very easily. For example, we can change the icon of our Gallery app to make it look like a video game. We can also have an instant messaging app disguised as if it were the official YouTube app. The possibilities are almost endless.
QuickShortcutMaker is an application that offers much more than meets the eye. It is very, very useful both for quickly accessing application menus and configuration options, and for hiding applications that we do not want other people to find on our Android device. Or we can simply use it to put more beautiful icons.
